Pick a plan. Pay for seats, not structure.
A seat is one person, counted once across your whole organization. You only pay for people and the usage they drive. Sub-organizations are an Enterprise feature.

We meter the expensive work (capturing and structuring a memory), not raw storage. Reading, searching, and browsing your memories is unlimited and never billed. Every paid plan ships with a spend cap that pauses new saves before a surprise bill; reading always keeps working.
Trust and your data
Who can read my data?
Only you and the people you invite into your organization. Kyroco provisions, bills, and supports your account; that does not grant read access to your memories. No other customer can read your data, and no Kyroco staff member reads your brain without a time-boxed, consented, audited break-glass action you can see in your audit log.
How is my data isolated from other customers?
Every organization is its own sealed tenant behind database-enforced row-level security (FORCE ROW LEVEL SECURITY plus a per-request tenant binding). The application role cannot bypass it. Isolation is enforced at the database, not just in application code.
Is my data used to train models?
No. Your memories, entities, and text are never used to train any model, ours or a provider's. We call an LLM to extract structure from what you capture; that content is not retained for training.
What tools can I use? Can I connect my own?
Engram speaks over one MCP wire, so any MCP-capable agent connects. Claude is the verified, one-command path today. You can also point your own apps at your brain through the Brain API when it is enabled for your account.
Where is my data stored?
AWS us-east-1 (United States) by default. EU regions and contractual data residency are enterprise options.
Can I export or delete everything?
Yes. You can export your full brain, and you can delete your data on request. Deletion removes your memories from the live store; billing records are retained only as long as the law requires.
What happens if I cancel?
Your captures stop and your store goes read-only; your data is not deleted the moment you cancel. You can export it, and you can ask us to delete it. Reads keep working through the end of your paid period.
